Shipping & Returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Should you not be satisfied with your order for any reason, we are unable to give refunds; however, we will gladly give you store credit.
Exchange request must be made within 7 days of purchase. Value of exchange will be less shipping and handling and any customized work done on the piece, if applicable.
Because all pieces are hand wrought, orders will be shipped within two weeks of order date (sooner, where possible). If an item is sent back for an exchange, you are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty and Repairs
Our work is guaranteed, should you need repairs. Problems that arise from use rather than craftsmanship will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
